Ariosa Coffee Roasters

Created in 2003 by Michael Kelly in Ashbourne Co.Meath.

After returning home from Travelling, Michael discovered a gap in the market for quality assured coffee in Ireland. It is then that he began to establish one of the first true speciality micro roasters in the country.

18 years into the game and Ariosa Coffee is a household name.

Ariosa specialises in sourcing the best single origin coffees from around the world without compromise. Buying green coffee ethically and sustainably are of major importance to Ariosa Coffee and to Michael himself.

Ariosa Coffee has grown from a small micro roasters in the garage of Michaels family home to a roasting premises in Boranstown Ashbourne Co.Meath where they roast daily to order.

Aswell as supplying many cafes and restaurants around the country, Ariosa has two Flagship Cafes located in Drogheda, Co.Louth and Laytown Co.Meath. Both of which you will be sure to find a queue outside at any stage of the day.
