Water quality varies from city to city and sometimes door to door. 

Water quality can be hard to predict and has a direct effect on the coffee that you brew. This is because of the water hardness in particular areas. Your favourite cafe has the best coffee because of the water that they use. Cafe's utilise big water filtering systems that then correct the water's mineral breakdown to its ultimate brewing capability. 

For this reason you will sometimes come across certain pretentious cafes selling this "miracle water" when in reality is comes down to their filtration systems. 

That is where Peak Water has created a water filtering system to allow you to create cafe quality water at home.
